NEVER has there been ANY sort of pic trading on my site. Not in the chat, and not in the forum. That rule was STRICTLY enforced. Anyone even mentioned the word ‘pic’ and they were banned from my site.

Hey Rosie, glad you stepped up to straighten that out… I sure hope you find your way over to the adult industry message forums, as that’s where other news items were posted, feeding that rumor mill. That listing of the story titles they posted from the archived files of your site

did suggest that the section of your site devoted to the fantasy stories of sex involving C P was the catalyst. If you infact had no such fantasy stories on your site, well then you’re getting a bad wrap in the adult forums, and you should definately address the people posting such libel!
On the other hand, if you did have fantasy stories with that particular theme posted to your site, perhaps there is a chance that their presence was a catalyst to activity that you’re not aware of because it didn’t happen through your site. After all, you have no control over other people’s mailboxes. How far can you be held responsible after people simply make contact through your site? This is one of the things I’m waiting to see the Fed’s define for us.
Having never seen your site before the news of your experience with the prude police, I honestly can’t say, one way or another. I do look forward to further news regarding this, though.
I never had the … variety of stories you did, but like you say on your homepage, we don’t know how far they are going to take all this ‘obscenity’ crap, so I figure better safe than sorry.
